What happens after my abstract is accepted?

If your abstract is accepted, you must register and pay the conference fee to confirm your presentation and secure your spot. 

How do I submit the full paper after the conference?

 After the conference, authors are invited to submit their full papers based on the author guidelines for publication opportunities. 

Is there a word or page limit for submissions?

Yes. Abstracts should be 200–250 words. Full papers should not exceed 12 pages (including references and tables). 

Can I register before I receive acceptance of my submission?

Yes, registration is flexible. You can register early, even before you receive acceptance.

 

Do all co-authors need to register?

Only the author who will attend (in-person or online) needs to register. 

 

Payment and Discounts

What payment methods are accepted for registration?

You can pay using Credit Cards, PayPal, or Bank Wire Transfers. For wire transfers, upload a payment receipt when you register. 

Can I get a registration discount for group submissions?

The site doesn’t mention group discounts specifically. Please contact the Support Center Team for details.

Is the registration fee refundable?

No, registration fees are non‑refundable in case of cancellation or non-attendance. 

What is included in the registration fee?

Fees cover access to sessions, materials, certificates, menus (lunch, coffee), networking, publication opportunities, and a free city tour. 

Are accommodation and travel costs included in the registration fee?

No, registration does not include accommodation or airport transfers.

Conference Information

Can I attend virtually?

Yes, the conference offers both in-person and virtual participation options.

Will there be a cultural event included?

Yes, a free guided city tour of Geneva is part of the conference experience.

How long is each presentation session?

Oral presentation sessions are 15 minutes long.

 

Are conference sessions mandatory to attend?

Not all sessions are mandatory. Required sessions are indicated in the program.

 

Post-Conference

Your first stop for answers about post-conference.

How will my full paper be reviewed?

Your full paper undergoes a double‑blind peer review process before acceptance for publication in the proceedings or other academic outlets.

When will I receive publication instructions?

Expect full‑paper submission guidelines by email within three business days after the conference concludes.

How do I receive my e-certificate?

E‑certificates are sent digitally via email to registered participants within a week after the conference ends.
