She is a director of the Faculty of Geodetic Agricultural Facilities and Real Estate Economy of the Institute of Spatial Management at the University of Environmental and Life Sciences in Wrocław.
Maria Hełdak’s scientific interests revolve around real estate economy and real estate evaluation, spatial economy, the evaluation of the financial and environmental consequences of implementing local spatial development plans and spatial policy. Member of the Society of Appraisers in Wrocław since 2009, Member of Polish Real Estate Scientific Society since 2010.
